We started Teamergers because we want to help companies succeed with their acquisitions



We, the founders Therese Almlöw and Jonas Erlandsson, had for a long time, in different places and in different contexts, thought about why company acquisitions fail. Statistics show that 70-90% of all company acquisitions do not achieve the expected results, with small and medium-sized companies being in the upper range. In most cases it is perceived as complex, difficult to understand, time-consuming and too unpredictable when it comes to the cost of taking professional help. With that in mind, we decided over lunch in 2023 to create an offer with the aim of changing this.

We saw a space in the market where companies of all sizes and reasons for wanting to grow through acquisition need help to succeed. To provide a comprehensive service that covers all aspects of the acquisition such as guidance, due diligence, negotiation, contract drafting to integration work and change management to make the acquisition successful. And with predictable and fixed pricing.

We brought together selected partners, specialists and colleagues with many years of experience in managing companies, creating growth, and building successful businesses through acquisitions and sales. Together, we laid the foundations for Teamergers. We help businesses throughout Sweden.

We are currently a team of 10 people and our office is located at Frihamnsgatan 30 in Frihamnen, Stockholm
